AXOFill Automatic Refill System for Metalworking Fluids (Coolants)

The AXOFill automatic refill system is an affordable, plug-and-play solution that ensures a pre-set coolant level is maintained in the coolant sump of your CNC machine.

When the coolant level drops below the set point, AXOFill automatically refills to the desired level. If the level becomes too high, AXOFill triggers an alarm, allowing for immediate and timely intervention. Manual refilling and continuous monitoring of coolant levels in your CNC machines are no longer required.

Costly coolant waste caused by overflows and inefficient manual refilling is a thing of the paste. 

The AXOFill automatic refill system is highly user-friendly and easy to program. It can also be seamlessly combined with our MixRite dosing pumps, specifically developed for the metalworking industry. This ensures that the coolant sump of your CNC machine is automatically and continuously maintained at the correct level and, when required, refilled at the exact pre-set mixing ratio

MixRite Dosing Pumps

The AXOFill automatic refill system can be seamlessly combined with our MixRite 3.5 dosing pumps, which are specifically developed for the metalworking industry and can be easily integrated into the system.

The MixRite dosing pump continuously injects the product into the water flow at the correct, adjustable ratio. The pump operates solely on water supply pressure as its driving force.

Integrating the MixRite dosing pump into the AXOFill automatic refill system ensures a consistently optimal coolant level and mixing ratio. When combined with an oil skimmer, the AXO oil separator and/or a belt filter, your coolants are maintained in top condition.

This results in reduced coolant consumption and labour costs, as well as less tool wear, lower product rejection rates, and improved machining tolerances.
