MixRite Proportional Dosing Pumps

The MixRite water-powered proportional dosing pumps by Tefen are used to ensure accurate injection of additives directly into water or liquid lines across various flow rates, mixing ratios, and pressure ranges.

The dosing pump continuously injects the additive in the correct, precisely adjustable ratio into the water flow. The MixRite dosing pumps use the water line pressure as their only driving force.

The MixRite 3.5 is designed for a maximum flow rate of 3,500 litres per hour, with an adjustable mixing ratio of 1–10%.

The MixRite 3.5 / 1–10% includes an oil-resistant hose, suction filter, and wall bracket, available directly from stock.

The MixRite dosing pumps use water line pressure as their only driving force. The water pressure activates the dosing piston, which draws in the concentrate according to the preset percentage. The concentrate is then internally mixed with the driving water and distributed through the outlet line.

Unlike electric or Venturi injectors, MixRite dosing accuracy is not affected by pressure or flow variations within the system.

The MixRite is supplied as standard with a suction hose, weighted suction filter, control knob, and mounting bracket. The weighted suction filter ensures that the concentrate is drawn from the very bottom of the container.

The water supply pressure is used as the driving force for the pump. The MixRite is equipped as standard with a “Control Knob,” which allows the additive supply to be shut off and the pump to be flushed/cleaned.
